-I Get a Blank Page in my Browser While Trying to Download

If you have selected to download a file and you receive a blank page with a "Done" message at the bottom of the browser, then this is because you do not have enough space in your temporary internet file folder to complete the download.

The solution is to clear your temporary internet folder:

-With Internet Explorer: Select Tools> Internet Options> Temporary Internet Files> select Delete Files

-With Netscape: Select Edit> Preferences> Under Category on the left Advanced> Cache> click Clear Memory Cache

-I Get a "Bad Cmap Encoding Error", "Color Space" or "CS Error"

This type of error usually occurs because the version of Acrobat Reader that you have is not Version 4.0 or better.

Download Acrobat Reader for FREE from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

-I Get an Error Message "Unexpected Error - Please Check File Access Permissions"

Please switch off any anti-virus programs and re-download the files. This should fix the problem. If this doesn't fix it, check the size of the downloaded file and see if you have the complete file (sitstayfetch.pdf 4.25Mb), as Internet Explorer can with a slow connection, decide that a download is complete if the rate of the download falls to zero.

-I Get an Error Message "Not a Valid WIN32 Application"

This can occur when the file is cut off during the download process. Certain ISP users may experience this issue, as the connections may prevent downloading a large file. Compare the size of the downloaded file to the size that it should be (sitstayfetch.pdf 4.25Mb) for a full download. If the size of the file that was downloaded is less than the size listed, then the entire file has not been downloaded. Anti-virus software, pop-up blockers, and firewalls can also prevent a file from being fully downloaded.

To resolve this issue, close all other open applications and re-download the file using an Internet browser.

-I Get an Error Message "Adobe Reader Could Not Open File"

If you received the error message "Adobe Reader could not open 'filename.pdf'" because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded) then:

Open Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0: Select Edit> Preferences> Internet> make sure the Display PDF in Browser box is not checked.

If you have an earlier version of Acrobat reader then please download Version 6.0 or better from:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

-I Get an Error Message "Error Locating Object Handler"

If you receive an error message that says "Error Locating Object Handler" while trying to download a document, this is because there is a dependency with a plug-in for Adobe Acrobat while using Internet Explorer.

Please go to the following website for detailed instructions: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;q262213

-The Books Appear as a Bunch of Geometric Symbols

This type of error usually occurs because the version of Acrobat Reader that you have is not Version 4.0 or better.

Download Acrobat Reader for FREE from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

-I can View the Files but Cannot Print them

If you have successfully downloaded the pdf files and can view them on your computer screen but are unable to print, then this is due to a post script error with your printer.

The solution in any Acrobat Reader program is to: Select File > Print > check the Print As Image box > OK

-I have Web TV and Cannot Read These Documents

It is possible to change pdf files into html files that can be read using Web TV. Unfortunately the images and pictures do not tend to come through very well. If you want access to these files then please email members support.

-I Cannot Get Back Into the Download Area

You will need your Clickbank Receipt Number to be able to access the "Download Area". After you completed the order process you should have been sent an email from Clickbank with your receipt number on it.

Please note: The link on the Clickbank email is only valid for 24 hours after which time it will not work and you will need to enter the download area by going to the members login and entering your receipt number.

Note that you will not be able to bookmark the download area page - you must enter your receipt number whenever you wish to access the download area.

-I Have Downloaded the Files but Cannot Find Them

If you have successfully downloaded the files but cannot find them on your computer then, on your desk top, click on Start=>Search=>For Files or Folders. From here you will have to follow the instructions on your computer, which will change depending on your operating system. The file that you are searching for is called sitstayfetch.pdf.

-I Still Cannot Resolve My Downloading Issue!

If you cannot resolve your downloading issue after trying the appropriate options above then please use the Members Contact form to send us a DETAILED message!

Thank you.
